Submitting a memorandum to Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, the alliance has urged the government to immediately ensure peace and security and end impunity.
The objective of the alliance is to help the country to salvage from the current grave situation, stated the memorandum submitted by Kedar Narsingh KC, Chairman of Nepal Medical Association, Kush Kumar Joshi, Chairman of Federation of Nepalese Chambers and Commerce and Industry, and Sudip Pathak of Human Rights Organization of Nepal on behalf of the alliance.
The alliance has also demanded that the government give priority in constitution making process address food scarcity, control price hike in essential commodities and ensure rule of law.
