Constitution drafting key with Communists-NC leaders:Upadhyay

KATHMANDU, April 5: Nepali Congress (NC) central committee member and Constituent Assembly (CA) member Deep Kumar Upadhyay claimed that constitution will be promulgated if UCPN (Maoist) Chair Dahal and Prime Minister Jahalnath Khanal are interested as they have the key to put forward the issues of constitution making and peace process. At a morning rally organized on the occasion of the 21st establishment day of Employees Union of Nepal Financial Institution, leader Upadhyay added the Nepali Congress is eager to promulgate democratic constitution but those holding key are standing up against this agenda.



Union Chairperson Ganesh Bahadur Pandey informed that the Association will move ahead by also incorporating the employees of private sector in coming days.
