TIKAPUR, Aug 5: Police have arrested Basanta Budha, 20 year for his alleged involvement in raping a 13 year girl from Chisapani, Lamkicuha Municpality-3, Kailali.
According to Police, Budha raped the child on Aug 2 at 5 PM. The accused operates a hotel in Chisapani.

Apparently, Budha is said to have raped the child in his hotel’s latrine, according to a statement recorded against the case.
Surendra Prasad Joshi, Incharge of Area Police Office, Lamki said. “The victim was handed over to her relatives after medical checkup”, said Joshi.
