JUMLA, Nov 6: A team of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrived in Mugu and started an investigation into the mass murder case. On October 25, there was a mass murder incident in Chhayanath Rara Municipality-6, Mandu village of Mugu. Nine days following the incident, the CIB team was dispatched to Mugu after local law enforcement struggled to identify the culprits responsible for the incident.

SURKHET, Nov 6: It has been found that almost half of those who died in the Jajarkot earthquake were children. According to the data provided by the police, 78 of the 157 people who died in the earthquake that occurred on the night of November 3 were children.

Three people from outside West Rukum died in Aathbiskot

RUKUM (WEST), Nov 6: Three people from outside the Rukum (West) district were killed in the earthquake. On Friday night, an earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale hit the district, with Jajarkot's Ramidanda as its epicenter. Three people from outside Rukum West died in Aathbiskot Municipality. All of them were laborers.
