A rare winter migratory bird, Baikal teal (Sibirionetta Formosa), has reappeared in the Kathmandu Valley after nearly two decades.

Although several fire trucks have been used to extinguish the fire, it has been difficult to control the fire.

Well known street dog care centre Sneha’s Care Centre worshipped dogs at its center located in Chovar, Lalitpur on the occasion of Kukur Tihar on Wednesday. Lalitpur’s Mayor Chiri Babu Maharjan visited the shelter and performed Kukur puja.
