KATHMANDU, Feb 17: INHURED International on Tuesday filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court demanding the Apex Court’s orders to suspend the “controversial” recruitment process in Nepal Army. The human rights NGO claimed in the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) that the recruitment process is against letter and spirit of the Interim Constitution.
