According to Kanchanpur District Police Office, Parudevi Padhyaya,30, was killed after her husband Prabhuraj,52, attacked her with a sharp sickle following a heated conversation.[break]
Parudevi was the first to attack her husband with a sickle. However, her husband snatched the sickle and attacked her, informed DSP Bahadurjung Malla.
Prabhuraj has been detained by the police as the dead body of Parudevi is send to district hospital for autopsy.
