Two children -- Prasan Rai, 5, and Puja Rai, 4, -- of a local Gyan Bahadur Rai died on Sunday after consuming the poisonous mushroom.
According to Gyan Bahadur´s nephew Chitra Sen Sotang Rai, Gyan Bahadur along with his spouse Chandi Maya, 56, Rinuta, 13, and Sabina, 8, have taken seriously ill. They have not yet received treatment as it takes nearly 12-hour walk to bring the sick to the district hospital for treatment.
