KATHMANDU: Valley Public School has reached the semifinals of the LRI Sixth Kathmandu Valley-wide Inter-school Basketball Tournament in the girls´ section. Valley Public thrashed Baba 49-7 on Wednesday to secure berth in the last four. Host LRI, Gyanodaya and Shridiwa have already reached the semifinals of the girls´ section. Meanwhile, host LRI, Little Angels´, Pushpasadan, The Excelsior, Baba, RIBS, Brihaspati and Buddha Academy reached the boys´ quarterfinals on Wednesday.
