According to Ram Nath Ghimire, Police Inspector at district police office, police arrested Thakur, uncle of deceased, based on the evidence recovered at the site where Bindu Kumari was killed and subsequently burnt her body.[break]
Police had found the burnt body of Bindu Kumari, 18, in a field some 100 meters away from her house on December 27, 2012. Earlier, Police had taken Bindu´s Father Rama Thakur into custody.
