Two govt employees nabbed for graft

SARLAHI, July 8: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Wednesday arrested sub-overseer Rambabu Sha at the District Development Committee, Sarlahi red-handed with Rs 20,000 bribe.

DSP Santosh Acharya at the CIAA contact office in Bardibas informed Sha was arrested while receiving the kickback from Chairman of Banke River Control Users Group Bikram Thapa.


Likewise, CIAA detained a surveyor at the District Survey Office with kickback today.

Surveyor Maanelal Yadav was arrested by the anti-graft body with Rs 24,000 bribe.
