Truck-hit claims one in Tanahun

TANAHUN, Feb 16: A person died on the spot after being hit by the Dumre bound truck from Damauli (Na 4 Kha 2450) at Chhirkane of Ghansikuwa VDC-8 along the Prithvi Highway in Tanahun district.

Police said that 50-year-old Yam Bahadur Sapkota of the same area died after the truck knocked him on Monday evening. Police added that the truck driver is in police custody after the incident. RSS
