Stating that the administration remained a mere spectator when a gang of hooligan misbehaved with local traders and residents on Saturday, the local businessmen enforced the banda.
Issuing a press statement, the SCCI has demanded the government to take initiative in curbing criminal activities, arrest the guilty, and declare the district as banda-free area.
