Yadav, who is also a former Constituent Assembly (CA) member, had lost his CA membership as per Section 33 of Corruption Prevention Act, 2002 after the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) filed corruption cases against him at the Special Court on May 11, 2011. Yadav was arrested on April 19, 2011 on the charge of misusing diplomatic passport. [break]

Very soon, we will also forge election alliance with Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar-led MPRF-D and Rajendra Mahato-led Sadbhavana Party.”
