Three others have been rescued.
The deceased are 80-year-old Buddha Ghale, 25-year-old Sunny Gurung and Purnima Gurung, an infant, according to police.
A girl named Rekha Gurung has sustained injuries in the house collapse. She was swept away some 200 meters by the landslide.

Meanwhile in Damauli, a woman and her daughter are missing after their house was buried by landslide at Thapek VDC-6, Tanahun district Wednesday night.
The missing are the wife and daughter of Krishna Bahadur Bhujel.
The house was buried by the landslide triggered by the continuous rain, according to the police.
A police team has been dispatched to the site for rescue operation.
