Teachers' exam results by mid-November

BHAKTAPUR, May 26: The result of the examinations conducted by the Teachers´ Service Commission for schoolteachers is likely to be out by mid-November.



The examinations for primary, lower secondary and secondary levels were held on Saturday, first time after 17 years.



Chair of the Commission Udaya Raj Soti said preparations were underway for examining the answer sheets and the result would be made public by mid-November.



The Commission conducted the examinations for 2,286 secondary teachers, 2,793 lower secondary teachers and 7,980 primary teachers.



A total of 480,758 examinees sat for the examinations.
