KATHMANDU, April 4: The visit to Norway and Finland has been successful and as expected, said Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal after returning to Nepal on Saturday.
“The visit has been successful and as per our expectations,” Dahal told reporters at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) upon his return from a six-day two-nation tour. [break]
He said Norway has agreed to increase its investment in hydropower and would build a polytechnic institute as a gift.
He said he would hold talks with all the political parties in the Constituent Assembly to end impasse in the parliament. “I had already informed them about my set visit to Norway and Finland. But the House was stalled in my absence. I will immediately talk to them to resume the stalled meeting.”

The House meeting is scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday after all the parties Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) and Nepali Congress disrupted the House on Tuesday.
