The illegally operated private boarding schools have sped up enrolling students taking advantage of silence of the authority having power to initiate process for action.[break]
The District Education Office has turned deaf ear to regulate 33 schools not having license for full-fledged operation and 27 schools sans license for running upper classes.
They resorted to operate upper classes after the District Education Office denied granting approval for the same, said private boarding schools operators.
Chairperson of Private and Boarding Schools´ Organization of Nepal (PABSON), Nawalparasi, Bhim Lal Adhikari challenged the District Education Office to close down schools rather than labeling tag of ´illegal´.
However, District Education Office Tek Bahadur Thapa urged parents to lend support to the Office´s policy to shutting down illegally operated schools.
