LALITPUR, Aug 18: Speaker Onsari Gharti has said people from every caste, religion and community in the country are capable to run the country.
Addressing the Dhwangkumo, the festival of Kirats of Wambule Rai community, here Thursday, the Speaker said the Nepal's constitution has guaranteed rights of all caste, community and genders. She was of the view of amending the constitution with a political consensus to resolve the existing political problems.
Wambule Rai Society Chair Gajurdhan Rai sought proper state recognition to customs and traditions of Rai community.
On the occasion, a book titled ' Wambule Rai Yatri ( traveler)' by Ganesh Rai was launched. RSS
