The mishap took place while the ill-fated tractor, Lu 1 Ta, was heading to Sindhuli from Sarlahi district.
The deceased have been identified as Kaji Thing, 65, Mailimaya Ghising,18, Fulmaya Thing, 45, Pradip Syangtan, 26, of Kyaneshwor VDC, and Bishan Thing, 18, of Bahune VDC of Sarlahi district.[break]
Five others, who were injured in the incident, are undergoing treatment at Sarlahi-based Hariwan Hospital.
The reason behind the incident is not yet known. The police are investigating into the incident.
