The threat was in connection with a story published on Thursday about the alleged demand of bribe by the director general of Department of Foreign Employment from the manpower agencies, which have been facing forgery charges. Sejon has said that the threat is an attempt to suppress the freedom of press and freedom of expression.

Sejon also has demanded an investigation into the threat.
