BAGLUNG, April 7: The security system in Baglung Constituency-1 has been beefed up considering the possible security threats during the by-election scheduled for April 11.

The date of the by-election in the constituency has been fixed for April 11 after the demise of NC lawmaker Hari Bahadur Khadka, who was elected from the constituency, died in a road accident on December 3 last year.

After a field visit of the constituency, Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs Surya Prasad Silwal said that the Ministry has managed a special security system in the constituency after analyzing the possible security threats from different forces.

Home Secretary Silwal and Inspector General of Nepal Police Upendra Kanta Aryal and other high-ranking officials at Ministry recently visited the constituency. RSS
