SC probes Gorkhali's release

KATHMANDU, May 14: The Supreme Court has begun probe into the controversial verdict of the Kathmandu District Court that freed Raju Gorkhali, an accused in the murder of Rakesh Limbu, according to a source. The investigation began after media reported Gorkhali´s controversial release. Chief Justice Min Bahadur Rayamajhee has assigned Justice Anup Raj Sharma to study the verdict passed by Judge Hem Raj Pant.
