Sajana to play in Maldives

KATHMANDU, March 10: Nepali women’s national football team midfielder Sajana Rana has signed a lucrative contract with a Maldivian company to play a futsal tournament for a month.

Sajana left for the island nation on Monday and will be paid US $ 700 by Feneka Corporation as per the contract signed with the company, according to All Nepal Football Association (ANFA). The company will also bear lodging, fooding and travelling expenses of Sajana.


The month long tournament will kick off from March 12.
