Earlier in February, Sagoon introduced 'Social Smart Card' and 'ME Page' as trial version. According to the company, the Social Smart Card is a one-stop-shop digital card solution uniquely designed for users, customized to enhance their online shopping, buying and gifting experience. Similarly, the ME Page brings in a brief about one's personal and professional outlook. "The page is also a professional overview of one's achievements and a personal impression of their social life," said the statement.
Sagoon has over 156,000 registered users. The number of users is increasing by 20 percent every week.
Since ME Page was introduced, 48,000 pages have been created with over 500,000 text messages and photos being shared, the statement said. "The success of our seed funding has encouraged us to move forward and prove our ability to bring positive changes to the lives of millions of people as a result of the technology we are creating," Sagoon Co-founder Kabin Sitoula said in the statement.
