Party Chairman Kamal Thapa made public the manifesto amidst a program organized at Hotel Radisson in the capital.[break]
Speaking at the program, Thapa projected his party as the alternative political force of the country.
He further remarked that the political course that country adopted after the 2003 has already proved a failure.
On the occasion, Thapa said that big political parties’ decision to sideline the CPN-Maoist in the upcoming election to the Constituent Assembly was unfortunate one.
“It will create negative consequences in the days ahead,” Thapa added.
