The racketeers were busted from different places acting on tip-off of the victims in different times, said the Kavre District Police Office. The arrested will be made public today, police added.
According to the information provided by DSP Raj Kumar KC, the arrested are Mangal Bahadur Tamang, 40, known to be Dinesh Lama, his wife Laxmi Tamang (Samjhana), 35, Padam Bahadur Tamang, 25, and Pasang Tamang, 26, of Sindhupalchowk district.
