CHITWAN, June 17: Police have busted a group known as 'Black Soot Nepal' that had been causing disturbances in Chitwan. This group has allegedly engaged in smearing soot on public officials and engaging in various other indecent activities, clearly violating the principles of the rule of law.
In a significant operation, the police arrested three individuals, including the group's President Shambhu Thapa, as they were planning to establish their central office in Chitwan. The arrests took place at around 12:30 pm on Friday, at Bharatpur Metropolitan City-11, Bypass Road.

The detainees include the group’s District Coordinator Nitya Nand Rijal and Bagmati Province Coordinator Nabin Gaire. All three individuals are residents of Bharatpur Metropolis.
Thapa had allegedly planned to inaugurate the central office of 'Black Soot Nepal' in the presence of approximately 50 people. However, the police intervened and apprehended them, seizing the organization's banner in the process.
Bijay Raj Pandit, the spokesperson for the District Police Office, Chitwan, stated that further investigations are underway, and a case is being prepared against them regarding their alleged indecent behavior.
