BAITADI, May 11:A rivulet swept away two persons, including a minor, in Baitadi district on Wednesday evening.
The deceased are Sunita Mahar, 24, of Dasharathchand municipality-6, Sukutti and her six-year-old daughter Karishma Mahar, confirmed Police Inspector Kamal Bahadur Bista.
The flood-fed rivulet immediately after the heavy rain had taken away both mother and daughter at around 4.30 pm Wednesday while taking bath there.
The dead bodies have been kept at district hospital for post-mortem. RSS
