As per the new arrangement, two-wheelers will get four liters of petrol each from designated petrol pumps.
To make distribution more systematic, NOC has categorized two-wheelers into four categories and will distribute petrol to them on alternate days starting Tuesday.
According to NOC, two-wheelers up to 25 lot will get petrol on Tuesday, while those between 26 and 40 lots will get fuel on Thursday. Similarly, two-wheelers from 41 to 55 lots will get petrol on Saturday and two-wheelers above 55 lot will be given petrol on Monday.
Vehicle owners must show renewed vehicle registration certificate to get fuel, according to NOC.
The state-owned petroleum monopolist plans to distribute fuel to private four-wheelers in the similar manner very soon.
