Private schools remain closed in Jhapa today

BHADRAPUR, April 25: Almost all private schools operating in Jhapa district remained closed today due to strike enforced by ANNISU-R demanding for an unconditional release of its district vice-chairperson Dadhi Dhimal.



The student organization has announced shutdown for today after its leader Dhimal was arrested on Wednesday under public offense for allegedly involved in vandalizing Emerald Academy, college bus, computer, telephone and other physical properties.[break]



Issuing a press release issued on Thursday, Revolutionary District Chairperson Khagendra Subedi demanded to withdraw a fake case which was filed to frame innocent cadres in serious crime.
