Prez Yadav to address the nation

KATHMANDU, Sept 20: President Ram Baran Yadav will address the nation soon after announcing the promulgation of the new constitution on Sunday evening.

A cabinet meeting this morning approved the program after approving the draft of address by the head of the state, informed Minister for Local Administration Lal Babu Pandit.

“Cabinet has finalized the function,” Minister Pandit said, “The meet readied the draft.”
