According to PM’s personal aide Prashanta Lamichhane, PM Bhattarai briefed President Yadav in the meeting about the progress so far made on forging consensus among the parties.[break]
In response, President Yadav urged the prime minister to take the initiation to bail the country out of the ongoing political stalemate after forging consensus among the parties at the earliest.
On the occasion, PM said that he has floated some agendas in front of the political parties and expressed his belief that parties would arrive at consensus soon.
