KATHMANDU, June 8: There has been no load-shedding for more than one-and-half hour per day for the last couples of days though it is stated four hours according to the pre-announced program of Nepal Electricity Authority (NRA).

Load-shedding has been reduced when water replenishment has abruptly gone up due to the favorable season in the last few days, said the Ministry of Water Resources.

There is no load-shedding in the area from Lamahi of mid-western region to the western region of the country, added the Ministry.

Power outage has been reduced as mid-Marsyangdi hydropower has now come to full-fledged operation and Kaligandaki hydropower is in workable condition, informed Anup Kumar Upadhyay, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Water Resources.
