According to SP Ram Kripal Sah the arrestees have been identified as driver Ram Asish Sada of Chandra Ayodhyapur -7, truck owner Ram Narayan Yadav and betel nuts owner Gopal Raya of Siraha -7.
Sah said police arrested them for suspicious import of betel nuts in huge quantity at border in the wee hour.
