Pokharel appointed NSC press and publicity chief

KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): National Sports Council (NSC) has appointed its officer Sudhir Pokharel as the chief of its press and publicity section. Pokharel was in the School Sports Development Division before this. NSC took the decision as the officiating chief of the section, Shambhu Kumar Bista, retired last week. [break]
