Describing the race for PM to lead a majority government as a futile act, PM Khanal said the parties could still try for a consensus government even within the procedure for a majority government.
On the occasion, he also expressed his concerns about the dispute over appointments of office bearers at various universities and about stockholders resorting to strike seeking their shares in the name of the political parties they represent.
