At a press meet organized by Nepal Press Union´s Jhapa Chapter here today, President Koirala said election is the heart of democracy and rule of law.[break]
He stressed on incorporating CPN-Maoist and the Madhesi Janadhikar Forum in the high-level political committee.
Leader Koirala argued that it would not be good to have humongous Constituent Assembly like that of 601 members. More than 491 CA members would not suit small country like ours.
President Koirala reiterated that the political parties getting less than one percent votes of the total could not be made the CA members.
