Ordinance presented to president

KATHMANDU, July 14: The meeting of the Council of Ministers held at Singha Durbar on Sunday has decided to present the Ordinance on Budget (income and expenditure) for the fiscal year 2070-71 BS to President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav.



Minister for Information and Communications and government Spokesman Madhav Prasad Poudel informed that the meeting also decided to present to President Dr. Yadav the Economic Ordinance related to budget and the ordinance on raising national loans. [break]



Finance Minister Shankar Prasad Koirala is to present the budget at the Dr. Harka Gurung Meeting Hall of the National Planning Commission at Singha Durbar at 5:30 pm today.
