SARLAHI, Nov 6: One motorcyclist has died after being hit by a tipper at the bridge over Kalinjor river of Lalbandi municipality along East-West Highway on Wednesday.
The tipper (Na 8 Kha 6270) heading towards the east hit the bike (Na 46 Pa 2582) coming from the opposite direction.
Bike rider Dipen Mahato, 26, of Ishwarpur municipality-14 died on the spot.
Police held the tipper and its driver for further investigation.
Mortal remains of Mahato have been sent to District Hospital Malangawa, according to the police.
