The deceased has been identified as Phurba Sherpa, 53, of Mahamai-9. The incident took place when Sherpa was swept away by the flooded Ratuwa rivulet.Similarly, Surya Kumar Rai, 48, of Chulachuli-6 was swept away by the swollen Mai rivulet when he was on the way to Damak. He has gone missing after he was swept away.
According to Police Inspector at the District Police Office, Yam Bahadur Poudel, Sherpa’s body has been found while Rai is still missing. RSS
