KATHMANDU, Aug 7: The Nepal Telecom (NT) has said that the problems in recharge system have been solved from Sunday afternoon.
Issuing a press statement, the state-owned telecommunication company said that the problem has been solved completely from 3 pm today.
NT customers were unable to recharge their services due to a technical glitch since yesterday.
NT said that the glitch occurred while upgrading the recharge system.
The company said that it is committed to make sure that such problems will not be repeated in the future.
