The committee endorsed the names after it concluded hearing on senior advocates Sushila Karki, Prakash Wasti and Bharat Raj Upreti and appellate court Judge Rana Bahadur Bam on Saturday. Hearing on Krishna Prasad Upadhyay, Prem Sharma, Mohan Prakash Sitaula, Abadhes Kumar Yadav and Girish Chandra Lal had concluded Friday.
Karki, Wasti and Upreti are senior advocates and others appellate court judges. Another senior advocate Bipulendra Chakrabarti, however, has declined the post of ad-hoc justice.
