He further said UCPN (Maoist) cadres -- including Dhanbir Oli, Ganesh Chintan and Dambar Bista -- looted 200 T-shirts, 11 loudspeakers and 100 flyers. District coordinator of UCPN (Maoist) Sharun Bantha said he has already instructed his party cadres to return the looted election materials. Meanwhile, issuing a press statement district chapter of the Nepali Congress has condemned the incident.
