He, however, made it clear that the demand for ´One Madhes, One Province´ as put forth by Madhes-based parties is not acceptable to NC.
Koirala said the demand for having Madhes as one province would have adverse effect on the geographical setup of the country and
added that NC will denounce federalism based on ethnicity.
