Mt Glory, Valley Public in final

KATHMANDU, July 21: Mt Glory has set up a final clash with Valley Public in the senior boys´ section of the Second KES Basketball Tournament. Mt Glory defeated host Kathmandu English School (KES) 61-55 in the semifinal on Sunday as Dipesh Lama scored 41 points. [break]



Likewise, Valley Public beat Gyan Niketan 84-50 to reach the final. Kishor Thapaliya scored 34 points for Valley Public. In the senior girls´ section, Pennwood and Valley Public reached the final. Pennwood edged past Everest 33-23 while Valley Public registered a 45-25 victory over host KES on Sunday. Both the finals will be played on Monday at the KES court in Naxal.
