SOLUKHUMBU, Sept 22: Police detained a woman on charges of murdering her new born baby. According to locals, 29 years old Nima Pasi of Salyan VDC allegedly killed and buried her one-day-old baby in a nearby forest.

Nima was nabbed while trying to shift the body from the forest to somewhere else. [break]DSP Sadan Singh of District Police said further investigations were underway.
