Monitor hotel services on highways, PM tells secy

KATHMANDU, Oct 2: Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai on Sunday instructed secretary at the PM’s office Lilamani Poudel to investigate complaints about services at hotels along highways.



PM Bhattarai issued the instruction to inspect, acting on numerous complaints that hotels along highways used substandard ingredients and served stale foods to customers.[break]



According to his aide Bishwodeep Pandey, PM Bhattarai has also instructed to keep an eye on possible monopoly of transport entrepreneurs during the hectic time of the Dashain festivities.



PM has further urged the public to take active part in curbing such anomalies in the society by notifying them to the government.
