Organizing a press meet in Itahari on Sunday, the party said the objective of such committees is to press the parties to promulgate the new constitution on time.
"We are forming such committees on a war footing ," said Maoist Kochila State assistant in-charge Prahlad Budhathoki. He said some 10,000 youths will be inducted into such committees in the district.
The committees will take out a rally in Sunsari district headquarters Inaruwa on April 7 and in Biratnagar on May 1.
