Maoist, NC, UML agree on Army Integration Committee

KATHMANDU, Dec 26: The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist), Nepali Congress and CPN-UML agreed Friday to give full shape to the Army Integration Special Committee. The agreement was reached during a meeting of the three parties at the prime minister´s official residence in Baluwatar.



The parties have agreed to include two members from each of the party, and also from Madhesi People´s Rights Forum, in the committee, UML General Secretary Jhalanath Khanal told myrepublica.com. However, there was no agreement on who would be the coordinator of the committee afte the Maoists laid their claim to the post. [break]
